I love this because it's hilarious in its own right, but also - around this time, or just before, someone else - Harry Enfield, I think? - had a Russian football club owner character, and it wasn't really funny at all, just kind of goofy, and this one really felt like, "Now *this* is a Russian football club owner sketch!"
