I was able to get the arrival of the SS Badger in Manitowoc right around noon. The only coal fired passenger ferry on the Great Lakes usually departs Ludington mid morning while departing for Ludington around 2. Technically this is railroad related as the SS Badger used to carry railcars on the bottom deck. Today the Badger can carry anything from a motor up to a coach bus or semi truck though mostly cars and motorcycles. It's one of the larger ferry vessels in the US and over twice as big as the Lake Express ferry roughly 40 minutes south (Milwaukee to Muskegon). Video of the arrival filmed from the Manitowoc lighthouse. Enjoy and don't forget to comment and subscribe!!!
