What about at the beginning of a chapter?! Chapter 41 of David Baldacci’s novel “The Gambling Man” it starts with someone speaking and the beginning of the sentence there’s no apostrophe, but the there’s an apostrophe at the end ? Confused

Subtext comes from the situation. Think about "Selma." As far as I can tell from imdbpro, he has no produced credits.
