Sunday morning in Brooklyn N.Y. Fresh Hot Bagels from the Jewish bagel shop, and 3 types of smoked fish to go with a smear of cream cheese. That was our Sunday morning when I was a little kid. ✌👍

Your passion for crafting this amazing treat is so apparent. I just couldn't look away. I make Nova Lox a couple of times a year. I am in to experimenting with different brine recipes. Saw somebody who used juniper berries. I didn't have any of those, so I used the tender shoots on the end of spruce branches. Have also used lemon and orange in the brine. Any time you want help in the kitchen, just reach out. I will show up with an apron, knives, cutting boards to chop stuff and clean dishes for you. You are fun to watch.

Love this one...I've been rolling thru your play list...way more than bbq...very cool...I don't have the ability to cold smoke...after seeing this I wish I did...I love some lox on a good chewy bagel

You can buy a pellet cold smoker for around 30 bucks on amazon. Sick it into a cold Grill and let it go.

Pink salt has nitrates no good for this.

It is fully cooked. Salt and smoke cured. Salt will cook it and make it safe to eat. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.
