Think of a person who has faced a difficult childhood, filled with adversity and hardship. They could choose to let those experiences define them negatively, believing that they are destined to always struggle and be a victim of their past. However, they could use their experiences as motivation to grow and learn, and become a resilient and compassionate individual. In this case, they are not defined by their past but by the choices they make to overcome it and become the person they aspire to be.

Criticism when done right is a very helpful way of looking at the subject. Because it helps you to see the subject in a different way. Sometimes a better way. So don't argue and hate the person just because they see something in a different way. I wish this was the way people delt with politics especially. Awesome video gave it a like and subbed.

I let go long ago. I let go and chose to let God. Whatever the consequence. The hardest part is trying to be above the malevolence of others. The nasty actions, nasty words, nasty hearts. The complete lack of decency and the overwhelming expectations and entitlement. I pray for wisdom in trying to conquer the negative emotions these things stir up inside myself. Gentle wordsmith and sage of the quill, thou hast crafted a tome of profound wisdom and inner reflection, akin to the illuminated manuscripts of ancient scriptoria. "The Art of Letting Go" doth resonate as a beacon of enlightenment, guiding us through the labyrinthine passages of stoicism and minimalism with the grace of a scholar-monk illuminating the minds of the seeking.
