Tai chi is a wonderful way to integrate non-duality in our lives. Instead of living like separate individuals who have to fight for and defend their individual turfs we can rise and fall like waves in the ocean of life. Is it merely idealistic thinking? Or is there something more tangible and practical to this? Your videos seem to be gravitating towards topics I'm working on as well. most synchronistically!

I try to articulate. But this is unscripted dialogue, which is why I add the subtitles / captions.
