P C no parent does everything right. I’ve been a good example, sober, hard working professional, but we live in another state than his father, who has alcohol issues. Boys need good role models, other than their parents, for 1/2 the time, they don’t “believe “ what their parents tell them, until they see things for themselves.

I can totally relate to when you say 'it's not that hard' when it comes to going to the gym, lifting weights and getting a decent level of strength and muscle mass. So many guys make out that it's such a hard thing to do. I find it so funny that there are actually motivational videos for going to the gym. Like, it's so simple. The hardest part is learning how to do the exercises. That, and maybe getting off your ass until you realise that you feel so much happier and mentally sharper and better in every way when you work out, and find yourself actually enjoying it. I mean, you don't even neccesarily need to train 'hard'. In fact, I've found I actually perform better and have better recovery when I don't hype myself up, to the point that I'm actually starting to train full body everyday because my nervous system is not as fried.

I just turned 28 last month so I'm around a few months older than you. It's very interesting to here about understanding the simplicity of life and how that happened in your mid 20s, I've experienced a very similar thing. 25-26 and especially 27, something switched in my mind, I guess it's a product of experience and the mind becoming fully formed. I found your channel late last year and have been watching fairly regularly and really enjoy what you do with this channel. Just want to say hi, thank you and all the best to you Elisha.

I agree on so many points in this video, Elisha. You mention Dostevyeki(?)'s The Idiot, with allowing oneself to be ignorant, which allows for an opportunity to grow, hence stocks. But first one must become a worthwhile investment, and when you start that yourself, people are magnetised to that.

This idea that we think life is hard as you said, seems like almost a veil in our own consciousness caused from programming and limiting belief systems. Like you said Elisha, once you simply have the willpower to take some action, you actually begin to see results, because the fruits of your labour are manifesting themselves and your conciousness then needs to expand from its previously perceived limitations. Whew... feels good to get that out! Love the videos brother. Stay strong men!
