I was blessed with the knowledge of being in the vortex since my first really bad trauma. I was 6 back then. I spent too many years focused on the trauma but when I stopped focusing on that and started focusing on the good parts of the trauma ... I realized what had happened. I left my body. I was in the vortex. It's so wonderful to finally see that part of the experience. All my stress left instantly. Do keep at it. It works. You will get this very soon and it will be so easy for you. You are fantastic. You are made of magic and miracles. You are perfect and loved soooo very much.
