The Art Of Speeder ~ 1 VS 4

Well, you know what I'm here for... *Claps twice* Battle! Review! The two 1 vs 4s you showcased here are two different types of clutch fights. *The first, is "perfect play"* A battle where both sides are playing SUPER intelligently and have loadouts compatible to each other, meaning it's them or you (probably you), and you VERY CLEARLY outplayed them with an immensely dominant play. The splitting of enemies, the handling of individual combatants, awareness, and ESPECIALLY the loadout reading (yes, I noticed), let alone the mind games, were SUPERB. There's NOTHING those enemies could have done better, you were just playing at a completely different level, strategically. P.S: Although A D I S survived that phantom miss at the very start, I have to give props to him for making SURE you had to pay for every move you made against him, I believe he was the toughest of the lot. *The second is what I like to call "a shot of Felix Felicis"* A battle that's been set up perfectly, Your enemies were set up VERY WELL for you to take down, except for the very last guy. That psychological play of "I'm gonna make them think they can gank me, then stun one and turn the tables on the person who comes in next" was just MENTAL, holy shit, Qurora, seriously, hats off. Also, I appreciate the vision fake you tried at the end, I think Black Curtains could have done a LOT better against you with a more compatible loadout, considering how well he picked up on it. The stun torture was just sadistic though lmao. Well, I think what the second battle proves more than anything is that *it takes a measure of luck to have a 1v4 set up in your favor, but it takes a TON of skill to exploit those conditions.*

Funny how things work out and flip sides with a few mind games. In the first game, it could have easily gone to the last 3 Interceptors if they were all set on just capturing however, I decided to keep them within my range in the hopes they would continue falling for the bait so I could pick them off 1 by one if they separated a little amount (if you go too far out of range as a speeder then your opponents will mostly capture as a much more viable source of faster victory) (Sea Sick) was the only one that was adamant on a capture which deflects my attention to only 2 Interceptors and 1 Interceptor if you include my stun paralysing the other out for 15 seconds. Not much team coordination by them and got quite cocky on thinking they could win based on their player advantage **FIRST GAME:** I’ll point out some basic strategy play - 1:43 - ADIS nitros directly to me. This is such a common mistake because he then needs to wait 2 seconds for the cool down on all his weapons whereas I don’t so I wait for the 2 second cool down and await his shot so I can nitro a split second early for him to miss and gain myself cover. It’s also a good skill to develop on dropping ‘’fake lunges and faints’’ I’ve talked a little about this in my Speeder guide and how to execute in-battle though I’ll be going more in-depth in a future video about it alone :) 2:55 - Sea Sick is going to try shooting at me the very first second that stun comes off him, I know that very well which is why I nitro the very second it comes off him to waste his shot :) **SECOND GAME:** 5:27 - Watch carefully, this is one of my favourite techniques to use with my setup and also with frost Torp. He has a 15.8 second stun, (Keep in mind, my Stun re-charges at 16 seconds) lets play smart ~ instead of shooting prematurely like most players do, leave the stun until theres only 2-1 seconds left of it - (i’ll explain soon why) I also have a Tesla Shield which lasts 8.5 in duration which I activate once the interceptors Stun is at 5 seconds (Extra fortification for me in case he delivers something overwhelming) Also most people are hesitant to shoot at shields so thats merely strategy play on may side. 1 to 2 seconds left before the Stun on the Interceptor wears off, I get into quick and good position to shoot with my Grenade, if it lands, he’ll 99% nitro because he thinks Im gonna blast him with my explosive cannon but I’m anticipating on that nitro so THEN I can take him out with my Explosive cannon - Lets assume I missed all my shots after the stun came off him, I can stun him immediately again because I left the stun on him for virtually 15 seconds which is the same time my Stun re-charges which is WAY more than enough time to ask for :) I’ll be going more in-depth about this when I decide to drop my ‘’How To Play Speeder Grenade and Explosive cannon guide’’ :) Its nice to see ppl figure out why I make certain moves in a game and quite interesting to see, glad you enjoyed!
