At 3:44, would Black be better off with Kxh6? I know it looks risky, but I can't find a good reply for White. Probably overlooking something obvious, as usual.

Don't play e5. It over extend the position of white. Play the classical line. E4 c5 Nf3 Nc6 D4 etc. Take a look at my page i have plenty of sicillian games for white and black. As white you should hold on to the d4 e4 and c4 square. Black likes to lure you in to go to the 5th rank where black can use an easy terrasch position to destroy whites center.

29. Νg8 (meaning, Knight g8,) is much faster.
