Most of the the square scarves she showed were 90cm which is about 35/36in.

These are very ordinary knots and ties. There are many beautiful ways to tie a 90 cm square or an oblong scarf, especially if the silk is high quality French or Italian. Most of these scarves were Hermès, including the one the blond was wearing, and they weren’t tied very well, IMHO.
