A back bent gauge is not used so the handle will not get in the way. It is used for convex curved surface to control the depth of your cut. Has lots of tools $$$ that look hardly used. The purpose for the bent skews is for tight right inside corner and the other for tight left inside corner. Nice set of tools.

Introduction to carving? There is no carving in this video. Shouldn't an introduction include a basic how to get started? This is more like a carving study rather than an introduction.
