The Ashcourt Group 100tph C&D Waste Recycling Plant - Technical Overview - CDE Projects

In order to serve the changing market landscape, CDE designed a 100tph wet processing solution for The Ashcourt Group at its facilities based just outside Yorkshire, England. The plant comprises a R4500 primary scalping screen, AggMax™ 163SR scrubbing and classification system, EvoWash™ sand wash plant, AquaCycle™ A600 thickener, and Filter Press sludge dewatering system.
The plant is producing six final products (two sands; 0-2mm soft sand and 0-4mm coarse sand, and three aggregates; 4-10mm, 20-40mm and 40-80mm) as well as filter cake which will be applied in lining landfill cells.
