Yes! Favre did much worse, though he's NFL hillbilly royalty and the media, other than Shannon Sharpe has spoken out about Favre. ESPN canceled their excellent investigative shows, so it won't get covered in long form the way this Favre issue needs to be covered.

Their legal department is involved…she could be suing the organization or some aspect of the story we don’t know about is forcing them to consult with lawyers before moving forward. Things like this are messy and very delicate.
