You will be desapointed lol they went to the southern and low altitude zones of the mountains . They are completely different especially during winter when snow covers all of them during January in the rest of the year onlybthe peaks are snow covered add along he only showed the High Atlas Mountains there's the middle Atlas and the Tellian Atlas aswell as other sub ranges in Algeria and Western Tunisia

Abd-al-Haq al-Haqiqi yea but i think this mountain is named after Atlas from Greek mythology also known as Atlas Telamon "Enduring Atlas" who got his name from holding the heavens for punishment by Zeus he also helps Hercules in some of the myths also petrified by Perseus and turned into a statue but became a mountain at least I think so

Abd-al-Haq al-Haqiqi not god of mountains zeus gave him a punishment because they lose in a war that last 10 yrs.zeus punishment is to carry the world on the back of atlast for the whole life

I think they say that Atlas the titan died on this spot and formed these mountains in the war between gods and titans, that what my grandma told me when we visit her there

Used to have a plenty of pines, lions, bears, leopard and other mamals. Now it's a big nothing. Imagine the amount of money Morocco could be doing with safari. Arab people sucks about conservation of nature just like europeans. My salute to subsarian africa and indian people on that.

It was actually the European who exterminated many Atlas creatures( mainly Atlas Lions) And there were no leopards in these mountains but cheetahs. And you're the one who sucks because Moroccan are Berber.

That's not a mountain, it's a gigantic creature of some sort. It's dead of course, and fossilized. It's about 900+ miles across.
