The bloom effect does vary depending on weapon classes. So there's gonna be less bloom at the range you shot at with say an AR than with an SMG. MRs and snipers will have next to none.

Battlefield had it worse and it was called "Random bullet deviation" where even if you're crosshair is centered it still won't hit. That's the reason why I didn't enjoy BF3 to BF1 games because of that but on Vanguard it's a little different since you can eliminate it with some attachments

Recoil control is regular recoil. Recoil return is how fast it comes back to center after you stop firing. Accuracy is the bloom mechanic, you can just about eliminate bloom by stacking a few accuracy attachments.

Hi Jev recoil recovery is when you aim and get the recoil when firing goes back to the centre of the target again and normal recoil is when it’s vertical or horizontal control. Hope this helps you out also have a nice one.
