I don't think it would even bug half as much if she actually said something when it's her time to talk Instead she sounds like a 5 year old caught with a dirty face and her hand in the cookie jar looking for more cookies trying to explain that tigger (Winnie the Pooh) broke I'm the house and stole all the cookies and she didn't have any Every time she loudly sighs or gasps and says huh makes my blood boil more I want to know what plays out but I her word salad is beyond agitating and then anytime anybody else gets a chance to speak suddenly her brain produces actual words but in terms of the last example, all I ever hear is that cookie covered face kid snapping back 'no I didnt' Maybe they need to order a psych eval

The Jeromes were flat out told by Simpson to substitute another attorney for Ms Tope, and they didn't do it. Instead they let her continue to act as their "agent." They are almost as at fault as Ms Tope, imo.

I agree, but it sounds like Ms. Tope talked them into a misunderstanding of the order, telling them that the Judge only meant that she could not act officially as their attorney but she could still de facto represent them as their agent. The only way this makes sense to me is that these seemingly sensible people have been totally dependent on and trusting in Ms. Tope in handling this property, and it's been difficult for them to admit to themselves that they spent many years totally snowed by this person.

Can you think of a reason that any effective, marketable lawyer would give it up to be a property manager? I highly doubt they’re paying her like they’re paying a lawyer.

"I value your advice."😂 I can't even figure out what argument she's TRYING to make. I keep expecting her to say something like "There's no conflict of interest because x, y, and z," and for x, y, and z to be totally wrong. Bit she never even gets there!

One case charged and shouldn’t be, but they’ll probably bootstrap him to it but then u have repeat offender who everyone bends over backwards for getting special treatment to steal 🙄🫤 😂😂😂
