Dear officials of each country Your participation in this Expo is detrimental to your national interests. We Japanese are not pleased with your participation. In fact, we would welcome it if you would change your mind about not participating in the Expo. Please do not be deceived by the Japanese media and officials. There is nothing good about coming to Japan. You may be in danger of being harassed by the Japanese. Please consider non-participation now.
