Heres an idea: play as your home country (slovenia) and make a wheel on what nation u invade and it also has to be a nation that u border. Once ur finished, add the next countries u border to the wheel.

because of consumer goods meta its good to rush a micro state (in this case liechtenstein) and steal their tresaury, and build 3 civs with that. with the initial 100M you build a fertilizer, steel, elec and motor factory and go factory output2. this is optimal setup for minors like austria
