Besides the master bedroom, the other rooms are very small as there is not much space to accommodate a study/working table and a couch. In addition, the wardrobe is very tiny too. I think new condos look good because the showflats only put some essential furniture to enhance the small living space but in reality, the space you get is very small. Hence I would rather go for older condos which have ample space and I can renovate the place to look like a new condo. On top of that, the psf of new condos is very high and will drop in time to come. Prices of older condos are stable and better investment in the long run.
