First time I met Phil Driscoll was at Valley Word Church under Pastor Curtis Gray in 1984.The anointing on this MOG broke God's alabaster box in me in a place of Worship I had never been. To this day I'm an instrument of Worship. A blessing to the Kingdom of God. Thank you for your obedience, transparency to the king of Kings. keep moving higher in Jesus regardless. I met Phil Driscoll years ago in Jacksonville FL at a Christmas party he was on stage and he came into the audience and approached me, but I was too shy to really say anything. I missed that opportunity. I'm happy he turned his life around and started doing the Christian music and for him personally.

I remember the first time I heard Phil Driscoll. I was a student at Howard Payne College in about 1966 or 1967 and you came a gave a concert . I am 74 now and still remember that awesome time. I was a classmate with Cynthia Clawson, so I feel so blessed. Thank you for your talent and music.

Thank you for the new show. My husband, Chad, has played trumpet and cornet for about 37 years and absolutely loves Phil's music and horn playing. He has taken much inspiration from him over the years and enjoys his entire body of worship which is huge! But he loves that he does it for and because of Jesus! Great music. The CTNOnline feature if a person opens it up provides the info about each song in the You Tube video. I love this "Jesus Be My Friend" song. It changes pace a couple of times and from the original recording Phil plays the original guitar solo part on the trumpet. Very nice interpretation there! The song's words are point on and it has this rambling feeling. Love the bluesy and single guitar part. How about the church organ part in the background? That's makes the song feel like an old-time hymn. Song is edgy, but very compelling, as fresh today as it was 20 years ago or so when it was originally released. The video has blessed my heart immensely! Thanks for sharing.
