The Axil XCOR….. the best hearing protection?

I just purchased these for $199. Next thing I knew I received an email saying they were on sale for $150! I called the company support line, spoke to a lady named Amanda, and with no questions asked, she refunded my CC $50! Stand up company policy if you ask me. Now for my review. I wore these shooting sporting clays and found them to be comfortable and they did a great job with both modes of sound suppression. The sound on let me hear my shooting partners with no issues. With sound off, they were very good at muffling the loudspeaker sounds of gunfire. I used the foam medium ear inserts and experienced no discomfort for two hours of shooting 100 clays. I have no intention of hooking these up to my phone as I have no desire to be bothered while I am concentrating on hitting clays. At home I hooked up the Bluetooth to my iPad and switched to the silicone medium inserts. I experienced great audio with no glitches. I tried the foam ones and they were also adequate, but the silicone were better. I purchased these, they were not given to me, and I highly recommend them!

I've had these for a couple of months now, and they work well. The active hearing protection is very good. The fit is ok for short periods, but after a while they don't feel great. The sound amplification is decent, but not the best or loudest. For me they are only slightly better than normal hearing. And the Bluetooth works well, but people say that I sound low or muffled when I talk. And the noise isolation during a phone call isn't anything special either. Overall, I am happy with my purchase of these.

Did you buy these ? You sound like most of the influencers that were given these for free, and say they are the best thing since sliced bread.

No, I bought them. I really do love them, and they do work great. If I didn’t I’d be pissed because they cost so much.
