I’m not sure I understand. Your tier set makes pwave cast ele blast and makes lavaburst burn targets hit

I forgot, but when you use flame shock on one targeg and it spreads to another, is that a random proc?

Only when you have surge of power proc which comes from primordial wave because of 2 piece tier and after using earthquake/earthshock
