Kia-orana beautiful family x Yes - Well done we call it "Minus" hehehe and yes, it's the Beetroot we use that makes it Pink. You can drain the juice and chop the Beetroot in small pieces, also cooked mixed veges and add to Potatoes. We make our own Mayo or can use Bestfood mix with everything...incl. spring onions, salt, pepper. Once mixed shape like a small mountain and spread your made mayo/bestfood on top - Then grate boil eggs on for Decoration hehehehe

Ube is Purple Yam while Taro is Taro - Filipino's use a lot of Ube for their desserts while Koreans use a lot of Taro for their Milk Tea Drinks and pearls.
