I really enjoyed this talk. I loved how she presented the facts and humor. I ferment even wine with bacteria, I fourage wild plants and can attest that it is true. The only thing left is happy aging. I am working on that part.

A plant diet is not suitable for human consumption. You should familiarize yourself with the carnivorous diet. 💙K

Carnivorus diet is a short term diet and some people have profit from it. But evolutionairy we are plant eaters with some animal products like eggs, meat, fish, shells, insects, too. Eating only carnivorous make sure you have a lack of secundary plant products, flavonoids, polyphenols, vitamins, minerals.

I believe we were omnivorous, eating both plants and animals. It would've been hard to eat meat daily unless you live near the ocean. Eating only seafood seems the most likely.

Sommers' advice works. Ditto "Gut the Inside Story, Enders and "The Longevity Paradox ...", Gundry, cardiovascular surgeon and scientist. If the fermented diet improves blood reports and reverse ages the cardiovascular system to the satisfaction of a cardiovascular surgeon, it should be accepted. If fermented diet reverse ages the human brain to the satisfaction of a psychiatrist and scientist, it should be accepted. National or uniform Food Guidelines should be amended to delete preservatives and require fermented foods. Pairs well with VO2 max and range of motion / fascia exercises. Bit shocked to step out of shower and see a 6 pack in the mirror in my 70th year. Never really expected that. Then cognition improved so I asked Meta AI which led me to this public lecture... 😂

What if your lactose intolerant how do you get these bacteria?
@PhilWhelanNow
@PhilWhelanNow Ай бұрын
These are lactic acid bacteria. They’re capable of digesting many complex carbohydrates, even cellulose and chitin. Simple carbs “sugars’ like lactose are very easily broken down, even before you eat them in such as cheese.. lacto fermentation is not dependent on lactose. Far from it.

Wait wait hold on honey!!! If babies are born with no bacteria or viruses why then do you think it’s a normal thing for them to receive them on the way out?? What if the mom was born with none and if to go back once more what then? You believe we are meant to have them germs bugs worms inside of our human body? Excuse me but I beg to differ. Based on your comment about unborn baby.

@ I’m a theoretical philosopher, researcher and occult scientist(not in that order.😉) My comments are mostly based on current understandings and adapt on the fly. Or just for good ole fun and to provoke thought. This one rooted nicely and continued on up and out of the atmosphere yet came right back down to the interpreter. As above so below is hardly a vague reference.

For the baby to be able to survive in this world, they nned a healthy inner and outer biom. They get that from passing through the birth canal and drinking breastmilk 🤗
