not 100% sure what you mean by "learning what happens to the clones".. I mean, we're being shown how the Empire is introducing the recruited stormtroopers, and the clones are being put out to pasture (or into experimental facilities)... and the accelerated ageing means that clones will be old people by the time we get to Ep IV... (Rex in Rebels!) and would unsuitable for a actual military force..
