This video really reminded me how phenomenal editing like this can be an art form in itself. Some time ago liked to watch edits and AMVs to vibe with the music and to discover new songs that fits certain settings, but not much more than that. It's easy to take some cool scenes from a movie or something and just slap some cool music over it, and videos like that can be good to watch if you like the music, but to create something new with that takes serious artistic skill, and this one here just hits every nail in the head.

The Bad Batch made me feel whole inside. This is the best fucking homage to a series that healed and changed my brain chemistry. To say the edits went fucking hard is an understatement. I will be listening to this on repeat for the rest of my life. I never had a paternal figure, uvuncular figure, brotherly figure, etc who ever made me as seen, safe, included or loved as the bad batchers make Omega feel. Now I feel like the piece that has been missing in my soul gets a little bit filled whenever I rewatch clips of them being a family. I get to mourn the connections I never had, but in a way that makes me feel like I do have them. Like I'm watching a video of my far away, but dearly loved family members.

I'm late to this masterpiece once again, but may I just- AHHHHDGDJDHSJGDK!!! SKGDKGSGJDLHKD Er, that is to say: absolutely INCREDIBLE my friend. This might be my new favorite, or at the very least in my top three ('cause if I'm being honest, it's impossible to choose just *one* favorite from you). The scenes and voiceovers you open this vid with are great, they really build up the tension and match perfectly with the feeling of the song! (Also, I really love the text you use?? The font and transparent effect look super neat.) There are countless moments that stood out to me in terms of scene choice, but for example: that clip of Howzer at 00:37 with the voiceover about adapting and surviving or dying with the past is SO good. One of my favorite things about many of your edits is how you not only match the beat and have really cool transitions and visuals and all that fun stuff (though that's all AWESOME), but you add so many layers of meaning. It's obvious you put a lot of thought and effort into every aspect of these edits, so I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate that! I'll quit rambling now, but I could probably write a whole thesis about how wonderful your vids are. As always, thank you for sharing your creations!
