If you can drive it to Mexico, than it’s a street car. But I’d say you have to have working head lights and tail lights, and be able to tag and insure it. Wtf exactly would make it not a streetcar? My turbo k series car makes over 700 on low boost with up pipes and is still 100% a streetcar. Full interior, radio, speakers, stock Honda seats ect. If the car is driven on the street and licensed and insured then it’s a damn street car. If it’s licensed and makes 900hp and has interior but just sits in the corner of the shop till a cash days and never leaves other than that idk if I’d call it a street car anymore tho lol. You as the owner make or break the “streetcar” term.
