I remember going past that big rocket and going to that ice cream place when I used to go camping up there at moose hill lock camp ground. There’s some nice rivers up there. We used to jump off the rocks into the river. Keep making great videos guys! 😁👍

My family owns some land downstream on the Baker that I grew up on. My cousin did some hefty prospecting but it was always slim. I didn’t get much into it until later in life. Certain areas are just a bust like you said, but there are some bedrock spots that hold some gold. I’ve heard a few Baker river stories but have yet to see it myself. Sure would love to hang out and camp with y’all when I make it back that way again. Got a nice spot in VT that always gives up some gold, and I’m itchin to get there with my Minelab! I’m hoping for next summer sometime but it may be the following year. I’m kinda building a dream route and it just takes time to put everything together. NH/VT is absolutely on my list though.

A fun adventure without loss of limb. Falls, scrapes, glass cuts, sunburn, finger rock jams, slipping knee twists, bug bites, branch eye pokes, rear end sitting rock bites and muscle strains are what makes gold prospecting on everybody's top three list. Power Ball wins and Popeye's spicy chicken sandwich are the first two. Never look a second time at a small New England town market that offers "Earthworm Surprise Corn Muffins"-go with your own chicken surprise campfire meal.
