In other videos, people are going from left and right and touching all the topics: This video hits the bull's eye. Saves time and is hence very efficient. I believe customer satisfaction as Critical Success Factor and 'number of positive feedback you received' or 'number of products returned by unsatisfied customer' is few among the many other key performance indicators. Hi Badshah. You're not wrong. The Balanced scorecard refers to customer satisfaction in a slightly different way. It accounts for the performance indicators you mentioned and clubs them together into customer satisfaction.
