You need a squeeze on the loader.. or a bale grapple, You definitely don't want to leave a square baler out over winter!! Bad enough in the barn in some places. You get the new barn up, you'll have room for everything, including the round bales...
@farawayfarm25202 ай бұрын
@@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin I'm going to need a bigger barn. 🤣 I can add a lean-to on the north side of the existing barn for pretty cheap. That would help a lot with equipment storage. I definitely need a squeeze. Stacking the wrapped bales on end would be lovely for creating space and would make a nice wind break.

About 4 years ago We were approached by a big time Cotton & Peanut farmer had a rebaling operation that involved supplying 2 TSC stores near Charleston S C and he wanted to sell the Whole Shebang,,,,,,, The package included A set of Simpsom Unroller and feeder Tables, a 5070 N H Baler, A 200 Bale Bandit, A Ramp for loading bundles inside trailers, 4 53ft double door OTR Trailers, My Son applied for a Farm Loan with enough to build 2 6ox120x 20 high Steel sheds and he let us use his Shed to keep the operation going while the TSC contracts were changed and they finished our shed....... Last year we purchased an 1840 inline and a 5250 Bale Baron trading th Bandit...... Last year we supplied over 52000 small squares to 6 TSC stores,,,,,, We Round Bale everything, for speed, an handling..... We just swapped out an M and R John Deere balers for 3 Krone 190 XT balers each capable of 45 bales per hour........ (Numbers derived during last baling session............. )995 bales from 2 balers in 2 5 hour afternoons)
