I'm not sure, I heard Danny/Tom and Danny/Dougie. Well one thing for sure it's Danny, I watched an extended video of the same concert performance and it looked like Dougie was a bit upset, I don't know it's just the song that got to him or if he relates to it. And I also watched an interview and while Tom was explaining the song Danny and Dougie got pretty quiet o_O. I don't know but I would REALLY like to know the song's story. *fyi i heard the song isn't completely true about their fathers.
