Green Irish is an AMAZING fragrance , I think it’s my favorite fragrance period right now. It just screams classic but without being dated and the dry down is 🤌🏽. If you want to smell clean , fresh , and put together GIT is it.

🙋🏻‍♀️Catching up and enjoying Josh’s feedback,my nephew loves perfumes and I’ve just got him his first Niche to start his scent journey with Mancera Cedrat Boise, hunting for the next one for Xmas. Blown away by the “sales” person🫣.. no words. Met a gorge young gent in our store , chat chat, he showed interest in rare pieces, showed him a piece I had for another customer out back;fell in love with it, he ordered and paid.; worth 49K. Goodness; never judge someone’s buying power. You go Josh, stood his ground 👏🏻. Loved the vids; just brilliant Marcelo. Stani🧡

You are absolutely right about the memorability of a scent. In my case, my first two when I was aged 13-14 back in the early 90's were New West & Dior Fahrenheit. New West had that deep blue with yellow accents bottle and the font that looked so proper to the time period that it broke my heart when they changed it to the generic bottle they have today. I take a whiff from the atomizer of either, close my eyes and I'm THERE! Ace of Bass playing in the background, sports cars were the fashionable choice over SUV's and life was much more simpler. Now, if y'all excuse me, I'll go douse myself in Fahrenheit and listen to Boyz II Men for a bit.

Great video! I spent the week looking at different creed fragrances and reviews. Couldn’t really decide which one was for me. I heard critics of other creed fragrances (except royal oud and aventus) that performance is very weak especially for the price. Im unsure if its due to noseblind with constantly smelling the same perfume or if its actually true! But I ultimately wanted a perfume which is strong (but not too strong), makes me feel confident of myself and something that smells nice! After watching your review and giving examples of how the green irish tweed smelt like, I immediately made a decision and purchased green irish tweed. Really excited to spray this stuff on me as it is my first ever niche and expensive perfume! Thank you for the great review guys :)

Another great review, thank you. Reminds me of how I got into smelling good from my father. While dad didn't purchase niche stinkers, he impressed on me the value of good grooming and to look/smell your best even if you are bedecked in a tee shirt and jeans. Old Spice, Brut, Jovan Musk/Grass Oil, Hi-Karate, Canoe, English Leather etc. 'Pharmacy phragrance' from the House of Walgreen's. We all had to start somewhere, right?

To this day, I have never received more compliments than from the $20 drug store cologne Santa Fe. Its discontinued but I literally never wore it without getting a compliment. I never found a lady who did not like it.

Well, after MI, Aventus, SMW and Erolfa, I couldn’t hold off any longer, GIT is in the collection 😎 I say I held off, I kept getting free samples of it with other purchases and with its slight resemblance to Cool Water, I felt the others filled a bit more of a gap in my collection then GIT would, nethertheless, I love it and stoked to have it. Bottle is always Stella 😎

I just got the Hacivat I ordered on FraganceX; and I don’t know if it’s the fragrance that is old (not fresh), or if it’s just the nature of it, but I find it too strong. I think it smells similar to Aventus but then after 5 minutes it gets dirty and starts smelling like earthy and soil. Ok just don’t enjoy it. As I said, maybe fraganceX sales old perfumes and this scent got damaged somehow, or maybe it’s just the fragrace’s nature. So, here is the thing. I think I’m going to buy both Creed aventus and Green Irish tweed because i need a fragrance for daily use in office, and one for night at our services. My question is, which one should I use for morning and which for night? The aventus lasts longer on my skin and has more projection but it might be too much for office working. I think GIT is better for daily use in office, and Aventus is better for going out to big places where you want more projection. What’s your take on this? I have tried many fragrances and I keep coming back to creed. They smell so natural and fresh. I think that’s my signature scent 😇

OK, so first off I'm going to say that the Hacivat sample might not be right. I've never experienced what you've described, so on this one, not sure? The beauty of niche perfumery is that the fragrance does evolve differently on each of us. The profile of the fragrance remains the same, but our own body chemistry does affect the perfume...which is what I love about it so much! In your case the way you've described Aventus and GIT is how it reacts on me (it was funny hearing how this played differently on Josh in this episode). I find that on me Aventus projects really well and has huge sillage. GIT is still good, but not as strong as Aventus. In the end @ebenezer357, go with what you love. Forget logic in any of this or best application in the best situation...which one resonates best with you? Go with that one. I'm also going to predict that in time you will own both of them....plus some others😬 I totally love the House of Creed. Wait till you uncover the other gems in their collection❤️🔥⚡️ Good luck my friend! I look forward to hearing where you finally settle on. Ordered GIT, arrived two days ago, had to push the sprayer twice for juice to come out and worried that it was used before (no sealing). The sprayer was also full of juice and the package smelled after GIT before even spraying. What do you think? Scent is 10/10
