The Ballerina Bun Tutorial w/ NO Hair Donut or Sock

I WAS A BALLERINA MY WHOLE LIKE AND A PROFESSIONAL DANCER FOR 6 YEARS. I am WELL AWARE that this is not an ACTUAL ballerina bun. The whole point is to get the "look" of a ballerina bun, without pinning the shit out of it, since you won't be dancing with it. It's just a "dirty hair day" hairstyle. Please take a breather.

This is not how you should wear your hair to dance class, you should have your bun sleek and have NO flyaways. If you go to class with this in then you will either get dress coded or it will fall out

It's just a term for the hairstyle. I used to be a professional dancer, so I'm well aware ballerinas do not wear a bun as loose as this. lol.

I was a professional dancer for 6 years, in an episode of the show "Bunheads," and a dancer for 25 years. I am aware this is not an ACTUAL ballet bun. It's literally just a term for a a mock hairstyle.
