I think this is one of my favourites so far, it feels like a really sociable home. I love that the protected mature trees have been preserved, it makes it seem the development has been standing for years. The biting bee cracked me up!

🤣🤣 Hilarious introduction🤣🤣. Stunning house and home. Love the extra room at the front of the house…. Study-Library-quiet room- nursery 😱wow so many options. Potential granny flat over the garage- studio- Teens crash pad. I would have the garden exactly as seen…. Bug hotel and zen den taboo . And the main living areas are spacious and well laid out…. If I had pots of money I would have a huge summer room/ conservatory right across the back…. And swan around like the lady of the manor xx 🧝‍♀️

I like my TW house very much but bloody ell Redrow do make exceedingly nice house's ! 👏. Am a trade & everyone I go in seems like it's been properly thought out for actual real life unlike a lot of other builders.

I live in a Balnoral, you two are brilliant, but the reality is, it looks better than it is. My snagging list was over 300 and took me over 3 years to get most of it done as Redrow like to try and get out of dealing with it. Also a lot of the interiors are actually quite cheap. My kitchen is wrapping, I have new wardrobes that we put in, as ours collapsed after 2 weeks of being in, so if you take the plunge, be ready to pay to get it put right. The plus though, I have lovely neighbours, but Redrow had nothing to do with that, thankfully. Also NHBC will not help with most things so don’t think you will be protected, they are paid by developers, so have a tendency to help developers. Good luck if you take the plunge with Redrow🤞🏻

at 29:46 the bit you commented on, i think that might actually be from the roof, i think the houses sort of go into the roof a tiny bit just so the ceilings are still tall but doesn’t look so tall outside

I'm referring to the tub/shower combinations. In the large separate showers, we always completely enclose them as well. After all, no one wants to freeze to death!

In the US, we use a shower curtain on our showers as opposed to having a pane of glass. It has the benefit of enclosing to whole shower so that you don't freeze, and blocking the spray of water from the showerhead so that the floors don't get all wet.

Nice. To be fair a few people do have them in the U.K., but most people don’t like the feel of them as they can flap on your skin, they don’t look at sleek as a pane, and they can also get mouldy. More faff 😂

Hi guys! I'm curious as to where the British store all their extras that they don't use every day. My parents lived in their house for almost 40 years and we needed every square inch of storage space we had and still,periodically, we had to throw lots of stuff out. We had the garage, basement, and attic in use and it still wasn't enough! Your homes are set up differently than ours here in the U.S. and I wonder how you guys manage.

I can only speak for myself and my household, we simply don’t have much stuff around. Declutter regularly is the key, plus makes it easier to keep our home tidy 😊 Up in the attic I keep christmas decorations and empty luggage cases

Sometimes when we are invited to tour the show homes the plots have not yet been released or priced. So we always direct viewers to check the developer links in our description box to find out up to date pricing and plot releases. We think it’s really unhelpful to prospective viewers to plaster the price all over a thumbnail as prices change so frequently. Sometimes month by month. Therefore for viewers watching the videos in 6 months time the pricing wouldn’t be accurate. Hope this helps. 👍
