Thank you for the reaction! Nana was arguing that she has a lotus flower as a tatoo because in Japanese Ren means lotus. Also I think Hachi is just an overthinker, just because she thinks the boss is nice doesn't mean she is cheating. Also she did choose that job because she loved the vibe of that place and she really needed to get a job fast too. Considering she is not qualified for any job why not choose one that at least has a friendly boss. Nana hitting Nobu is not that serious, you will realise as time goes what actions/scenes are just for comedic purpose or not (some are questionable)

(nicknamed Hachi dog) :) This anime is very entertaining but also very frustrating and nerve wracking. i don't necessarily think hachi is romantically crushing on mizukoshi. she's just a dreamer and likes to think of ppls best qualities. kind of how she hypes up nana in her own head she does the same with him, but will she rlly act on it? probably not. similar to how she had like 50000 crushes that went nowhere bc she's an admirer and it's just a habit of hers. something we all do but never say out loud ofc but she does lol. her inner monologue in this episode shows that she's not as much of a ditz as she lets on. she has fun overthinking but knows where reality is. like she'll say shit about him having a mistress or him not loving her and exaggerate but she doesn't actually think it otherwise she would have a completely different reaction
