Moomin Deltas are considered the messengers of the pack when there is somthing to inform others packs about they are the ones that do so, it may seem simple however it could be dangerous if the delta doesn't speak Accordingly , or show aggression while communicating with other packs they could start pack rivalrys and get killed.

Moomin as for Rogues it's pretty simple there former pack members that ran away, or where banished from there pack, reasons why depends on whatever pack your from each pack has it's on customs some banish caused by someone's ranking, and they are often looked down on. there are some cases where more than one rouge from diffrent packs will create there own miniature pack to improve there possibility of survival but they have to make sure they stay away from other pack territories or they could be seen as a threat and possibly be killed.
