Formed in the early 1980s by former hard rock, blues rock and proto-metal power trio band Toad's lead guitarist, vocalist and principle songwriter, Vic Vergeat (Italian, May 15th, 1951 - November 1st, 2023), "The Bank", which included bassist, Kelvin Bullen (KZbin: @kelvinbullen2918), keyboardist, Chris Weller, and drummer, Beat Frei, released their sole album, "Victims of A Mystery in 1985, shortly after which they disbanded, with Vic reforming Toad the following year. After Toad's final disbandment in 1995, Vic continued to tour and record under his own name until his death in 2023.
