One of the big things on housing supply is local governments have too many rules and regulations and too many fees, expensive fees what makes it even harder as when you’re going through the processes it takes forever to get something approved when I visited China I was there for three months I saw an entire apartment building being built. It was almost finished in three months. I saw a big sections of roads being done in one month I live in Victoria BC Shelbourne Street is an absolutely abortion of a job. The quality is good but it’s taking far too longtoo much red tape makes everything very expensive. I hope my comments help it’s not a complaint it’s an suggestion.

I believe that the question about the impact of getting rid of the carbon tax was a set up. The question was that way that it would allow the previous comment by the governor of the Bank of Canada to be minimized without making the comments of a reduction in Canada inflation by way of eliminating the carbon tax a permanent situation. Thereby the comment made by one of the governors underlings that inflation is only reduced for one year if the carbon tax was to be eliminated (which isn’t true, but was away to whitewash a comment that shouldn’t have been made public by the governor because it didn’t fit the carbon tax narrative), she could not add to that little story that had been concocted and basically told the stooge from the liberals that it was time to move on from the question.

Are the shell games with bonds still going on? The BOC sells bonds to a very select group of banks and pension funds/investor groups. The banks add this to their net value and issue mortgages up the wazoo, the mortgages are added to the banks net value and the bonds are sold back to the BOC at a loss. Maybe only a tenth or two of one percent but it adds up with such huge amounts being played with. The BOC is stuck with bonds that are worth less than going rate and a net lose is recorded. Another first for Gaylord Trudeau, the BOC has never posted a loss until this last year. GD the explanation this clown gave is even scarier. What a train wreck.
