for the cloaker i used the swat from "yearslater's closet" and armor from "functioning armor" and the night vision goggles is from the "hats mod" and the taser is the same added for the cloaker except with resizable housing for the faceplate and the yellow armband (i used the "everything colorable" mod to color the armor and swat)
