I would like to make this comment and observation, which I will also put into a letter to send to Rabbi Schneider, often times I know Rabbi Schneider, you feel as though you risk losing some people's attention and interest when you delve too far or for too long into the more technical aspects, as you do here in this video. I want to say these historical and more technical teachings are some of my absolute favorites. I'm sure many others agree. They do so much to strengthen my understanding and arm me with knowledge. These technical teachings I absolutely love. This aspect of your ministry is one of several which sets you apart, and makes your outreach so incredible, so special and so EFFECTIVE. THANK YOU.

Rabbi you explained the complexities of what happened in an understandable way as always is for me. In fact I'm taking notes of these points in history. Fortunately, as a gentile the Old Testament has been a part of my faith as the New. There would never be a New Testament without the history of the Old Testament. This should be a no brainer. I have always loved the Jews, even in their sins they are like heroes used by the Father to me.

Jesus was anti-Semite by today’s definition. He called some Jews vipers, he told them that they had worshipped their father the devil since the beginning. Revelation 2:9 and 3:9 calls them the Synagogue of Satan ie those that say they are Jews but are not ie physical Jews. There isn’t one positive verse about the physical Jews in the New Testament. The only positive verses are about the spiritual Jews and Israel ie saved Christians and heirs to the promise made to Abraham (Romans 2:28-29 & Galatians 3:16 & 3:29). Romans 2:28-29 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith NOT, And to SEEDS, as of MANY; but as of ONE, And to THY SEED, which is CHRIST. we dont accept idol worship, and worshiping a man on a cross is paganism, the need for a statue to worship is pagan. instead of jewsu you could put jupiter or RA its the same principle. the modern nation of israel is a proof of god not breaking oaths and contracts like us human beings. so i suggest you have more respect to the jewish faith and people and you will get that in return.

I am a gentile believer in Yeshua. For years I have been seeking revelation concerning the Jewish roots of my faith. My concern is church doctorine that leads Christians down the wrong path. Just how much of what I have been taught has been polluted by the Greek and ROMAN mind set of the early church father's? My background is not Catholic, but even the Protestant denominations have foundational teachings from these same early church leaders who were not Jewish, and sought to separate and dismiss anything that was remotely Jewish.

I am a Christian but I don’t consider myself a Jew. I believe the only reason why God chose the Jewish people as a his own nation out of other nations because other nations rejected him and worshipped idols but I also believe that God is no longer accepting Jews as his own people and he accepts Christians as his nation chosen from all nations because Jewish people did reject God by crucify His begotten Son; Jesus Christ. So the acceptance of Jews as a his own nation was the rejection to gentiles and same way by acceptance of converted X gentiles was a rejection of Jews as a holy nation. Does it mean God doesn’t have salvation for the Jewish people, NO. It just means that God is no longer considered Jewish nation his own and only nation. In fact Jewish nation is the most Jesus rejected nation out of other nations and the most atheist nation in present time by population. This does not mean I hate them, no not at all. In fact I know the good side of Jewish more then the bad side so I can not hate them, especially when Jesus appears as a Jewish men. My text is not antisemitism but I was explaining the truth from God’s eye and perspective.

Rabbi Schneider, I love your teachings and everything you say is true but I'm a little confused as to why you would believe that we don't have to observe the Torah, God's laws because the debate James had was just his judgment and a manmade rule not God's. I believe once we are born again that we are grafted in with Israel and become spiritual Jews and one in the body of Christ. We should all be abiding God's commandments because that is the result of how we are saved by grace by faith by bearing good fruit.

The Romans, ie, the (Roman Catholic) Church de facto took Judaism, changed essential religious mandates like the day of rest and worship from Saturday to Sunday (the day of the heathen Sun God), for instance, and their "leader" even went as far to carry the blasphemous title of "G-d's replacement on earth (as it's stated on the pope's mitre). As far as remember, somewhere in scripture, it's stated that these are among the actions contributed to Satan. In any case, it took two centuries before they *finally* offered their public "Mea Culpa", which makes me believe they're still no friend to the Jews. The same goes for Islam, which took it even further...

When did oral law originate? So many Jews say Moses invented Oral law but I think it's an add on to rabbinic Judaism to pacify the Jewish followers so they don't feel like they are not be Torah observant

Saved Christians are spiritual Jews (true Jews) and the church is spiritual Israel (true Israel) - knowing the distinction between physical (flesh) and spiritual (spirit) when reading the bible is key. Gods covenant with Israel was CONDITIONAL on the Jews being OBEDIENT (note the word “IF”). They weren’t obedient, they rejected the prophets that God sent them, they rejected and killed Jesus and the apostles. Compare Exodus 19:5-7 and 1 Peter 2:9-10 and read about who the peculiar treasure is, and the royal priesthood and an holy nation - it’s saved believers in Jesus Christ. Exodus 19:5-7 (KJV) 5 Now therefore, IF ye will OBEY my voice indeed, and KEEP MY COVENANT, THEN ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: 6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. 7 And Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which the Lord commanded him. In the bible we have physical Jews and Israel and spiritual Jews and Israel. Romans 2:28-29 tells us that a Jew is a saved Christian. It’s not complicated. Romans 2:28-29 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. Dispensationalism is a false doctrine. Galatians 3 tells us that Jesus is Abraham’s seed (singular) and that if you follow Christ you are the heir of the promise made to Abraham. Not complicated, just read the bible.

How does one get saved? Let me guess... quit sinning right? What about when God said he would re-establish his covenant with the Jewish people and he would destroy the enemies of Israel when they encircle her in the last days? They may have broken it, but God renewed it. Christians do not replace the Jews, we are the church, WE are the bride. Israel's time picks back up during the time of Jacobs trouble. God having laid it aside after the Jews refused to accept him at the stoning of Stephen to take the Gospel out to the gentile world. He didn't end his covenant... and we didn't replace his people!
