27:32 I wasn't happy here with how they interrupt her several times as she's making an original, clever point (objecting to the green definition of planned obsolescence, instead stating that planned obsolescence may feature defined use periods, but that it doesn't have a monopoly over them/that you can have defined use periods without planned obsolescence) and then once she finishes they don't even engage with her point. Something to perhaps pay closer attention to for next time, I think, @ host.

100% agree. Stella made a lot of excellent points, but unfortunately that wasn't the only time that she was rudely pushed out of the way in the conversation. It's really not the sort of behaviour I'd expect to see from representatives of such a future-oriented organisation.

Effective is about achieving intended results, efficiency has to do with achieving your TARGETs with less waste.
