For reference sake the Kathy Kane that is mother to Bruce Wayne Jr. (Earth 154) is not the cousin of Bruce Wayne, she is from a different Kane family or possible a more distant branch of the Kane family that Martha belonged to. The blond version of Bruce Wayne Jr. (Earth 3839) has no identified mother as he was born before Kathy Kane (whom author John Byrne had initially intended to be the mother) first appeared in Gotham. My understanding is that Julie Madison is the most popular choice for his actual mother.
