Im stuck on lvl 12. Even with ubers! Idk if its just me or i dont have courier somehow.

Oh man. Good luck with reaching level 15. Do you own awakened bahamut? My current tip for the stage is that it's filled with gories, angels and black enemies. So I suggest midrangers to fight them (pizza, cyborg) and ramen for defense. Unfortunately, the deployment limit of 10 makes luring essential for winning, and is problematic for midrangers. Making the stage annoying, but still possible. Unless you don't have 1600 UR and then I'm sorry but I can no longer actively assist that point in progression.

Yes I have A.bahamut and also I don't have the tf for salon cat. But I do have pizza cat now. The only thing that is annoying me is the 10 unit deployment limit. (I reached lvl 13 now so thank you for the advice!)
