Ozziw162 p4 was neat with that one song where its somber for like 3-4 minutes before rising up, but yeah p3 being mixed with melody for everyones soul with the opera lady is so strange yet it works amazingly.

P4's final (secret) boss was awful in its second phase. Its first was awesome, the music was amazing and Izanami's design was low-key badass. But its second phase... Asides from Izanami no Ookami's design, nothing was good. The battle was easy as shit (for a game I felt unjust at times), the music was not ther half of the time (and it was a shitty version of I'll Face Myself) and none of the attacks were memorable. For me, Persona 4 was rock bottom for the series, the music was very limited, the dungeons lifeless, the grind was real, the enemies were mostly unfair, the characters were uninteresting (asides from Kanji and Naoto) and to top it all off the final boss was a secret boss. I forced myself to complete it.

I find it funny that people view Persona 3, 4, and 5 as a sort of trio. To me, 1, 2 (which is two parts) and 3 feel like they go together better. I know 3 started the modern formula with the social links and all, but the tone of the stories seem to go together, with 3 sort of being the ultimate finale. In the movie, Igor literally calls Makoto "the best guest he ever had." Then we go to 4 and 5, which, while still having darker tones to their stories, they get a lot more light hearted. That feels like a more natural split to me Edit: Also worth mentioning that out of every game this is the one with poem for everyone's soul put into the final battle, the one song that the entire series is recognized from

Actually, Nyx is literally undefeatable. It's not that she is so strong that there is no living being that can defeat her. It's that she is an almighty being. If Nyarl, Phil, Izanami, Yald, Enlil were born from human thought Nyx isn't like that. There is literally no way for her to die/be defeated. That's the only reason Minato died in the end. Sealing Nyx was a workaround since there is no direct way to defeat Nyx. Otherwise, Minato would've defeated Nyx because his power level was insane at that point(stronger than Igor, Philemon, Nyarlathotep, and equal to Maki)
