I really hope they add more disasters in game. Even in medieval times they had to deal with these things and I hope the town gets to progress beyond tier 3 because it would suck that you aren't able to unlock all the upgrades or skills whatever you call them. This is a great game in all and I hope there will be more things added in the future 🔮 anyway great video.

This game is gorgeous and I'm looking forward to getting it. Do you know if there are plans to make things bigger, map-wise? It might be cool to be competing with three or four other lords for a map, which could open things up for diplomacy or alliances, that kind of thing.

Well having enough money to buy an insane army is a strategy aswell. So let the haters hate. In the end you beat them and we get a great vid. So who cares how the war is being won.

Battle tactics keep your own losses at a minimum. The families of the soldiers care about how many return home even after a victory, besides your economy which doesn't lack workers ;)

Just don't shoot your own guys in the back, otherwise, what you did in the first battle was fine. You can/should use ranged units to flank as well, especially because you only had one unit of bandits as the opponent, otherwise, just hold fire to prevent friendly fire. Or is friendly fire not a thing in manor lords battles?

I haven’t battled enough to know if friendly fire is a thing, but I assume it is, and hope it is, as a default.

From what I noticed, you don't use archers properly, otherwise, it's fine. Once melee units are engaged, even shortly before they engage, go around with the archers and position them behind the enemy. This will make short work of the enemy melee unit allowing both ranged and melee to be free to use against remaining enemy units. Can't wait to play it myself, i just hope the units can be set to be bigger, if not now, then with future mods, then battles become really fun.

​​@@CharliePryor in my build of the game the archers had a toggle friendly fire button down in the menu which would make them shoot even with friendlies in the way

You can click on the market stalls an move them so that everyone can get to them

Everyone else can always get them anyways. They are not too far away.
