As a victim of V2k, which I assume is an admixture of bci and/or neuro weapons, (which are used to read minds and mimic subvocals(voices) inside your head). I would say this is a good, but veiled look into the dangers of these particular technological advancements along with its lack of legal/popular acknowledgment.
