Your belief that God is not the creator of evil limits him as the creator. In the beginning of revelations he says to John the Divine "I am the alpha and omega, from the beginning to the end of all things, creator of the heavens and the earth." This alone and common sense would say that God DID create evil for he is the maker of all things. He knows of evil and the details of its concept but God is not tempted like most people, he is beyond such things. Also God is the maker of all things from their beginning to their end which means he must design the death of each thing. It's just his duty as the creator. Some would see this as evil but it's just necessary. He takes no joy in such things but it is necessary.

No God is not the creator of evil. He is the creator of good. The bible says everything He created was good.

Just a thought. The Bible says the Deity controls whether a thought can come into existence. In other words he can create the space and whatever other constituents that thought can exist in. This begs a question , why?

@@Ezra-Wanga the bible was written by the hands of man and it has been altered to suit the needs of men throughout history. Search with your heart, for the holy spirit of God can be found in the heart they say. Would you take the word of a material object or from one who has looked upon the face of God, who defends his name and whom he walks beside, guiding my enlightenment to his truth. Thou shalt hold no false God or engraven idol before me. Put down the cross son and open your mind to the true God's will. For I come upon a horse whose name is justice and truth is my crown and I come bearing the true name of God, another mistranslation. I come bearing the true belief in God, the true path to him. Not in a church or upon a cross but within you as you understand and believe him to be. Reach out and pray to him as he has revealed himself to you and you shall find him.
