Great work, just a note: the Tiger had 2 competing designs; the Henschel Tiger and the Porsche Tiger. The Porsche Tiger design never went into full production and the spare hulls were used for the aptly named assault gun the Ferdinand which fielded the same 8,8cm gun as the Tiger 2. The Tiger of fame and infamy is the Henschel design which beat out the Porsche design due to Porsche doing what Germans do best: over engineer. Yes the production Tiger was also complex but not near the degree of the Porsche design

Right, and the few sources I ever managed to get through say that Porsche's "Ferdinand" was EVEN WORSE than it's Tiger prototype as a burden for Germany. . Namely, parts and ammos not only incompatible with most of the Wehrmacht's armours including tanks but also incompatible with the 1st Tiger, a new type of 88 mm gun which was in fact uselessly larger, heavier and also INCOMPATIBLE with the former Tiger 1 version, many mobility and reliability problems, and with all the materials and tech used to literally build a tracked fortress, NOT EVEN A 360°s-bearable machine gun, seriously !

The Germans were actually winning on the Southern Front. They managed to dealt a heavy blow to the Steppe Front, which was the Soviet Army strategic reserve unit. Despite the heavy losses, the German Army still have an equivalent of a Panzer corp which was more than enough to take on the Soviet Army in that area since they have more or less destroyed their reserve. Which saved them, which is not often mentioned in the history book, is that Hitler ordered that Panzer Corp to Sicily to stop the Allied invasion of that island.

Very nice, but Ferdinand Porsche didn’t make the tiger tank. Instead, the design process was 2 rival companies - Henschel (or Krupp, I can’t remember which) and Porsche. The Henschel prototype was chosen.

Battle of Kursk (Prokhorovka) is no longer The biggest tank battle in history it is the battle of Brody in 1941 with 2,648 Soviet tanks out of a total force of 5,000 versus some 1,000 German tanks. Other than that very good lego stop motion

Kursk was not the largest tank battle as for number of tanks it just how long it took . The largest tank battle was in November 44 in between American army and Germany as for number of tanks involved.
