While nothing in this episode was mind-blowing (not much action in the adapted manga pages), I thought the direction was really good and consistent. I think it’s the best Blackbeard has looked since Marineford. Also the preview for next week’s episode looks GAS. (If you don’t want to know about the staff next week, don’t keep reading) next week is gonna be the return of Ishizuka storyboarding and both him and Vincent Chansard doing key animation. The last time that happened was Zoro vs King 14 months ago

This episode cut off before the chapter did. They're saving all the action for the next ep. The guy who's doing the garp scene has been posting about it for 6-8+ months on twitter! Btw Garp isn't stated to be a member of sword. Garp is too famous in the public eye for him to be discarded. Only X-Drake, Coby, Hemeppo, Hibari, Kujaku and 1 more person (not introduced yet) are stated to be members of Sword. And about the Sword being a secret, it is kinda half right. Like Cipher Pol, it is known that Sword exists but not who the members are. And Drake was undercover so that's why it was very secretive. They don't go around displaying that they're sword members. We (watchers) are the only ones who got the introduction. Also CP0 and Sword are at odds. Cipher Pol "Aegis" 0 (Aegis = Shield). CP0 is for the celestial dragons and Sword is for the "good" marines. That's why in Wano, CP0 didn't care about wanting to kill Drake.

Fun reaction, your San Juan Wolf joke made me smile lmao. Blackbeard already has both Pudding and Koby atm. He's captured Pudding in hopes of her abilities relating to the three-eyed tribe awakening that allow her to read Ponegylphs. Koby on the other hand he's captured to trade with the World Government to give Hachinosu status as an affiliated WG nation (that can attend the reverie). Some people were looking forward to last weeks episode the most, but this upcoming stretch of episodes is personally what I'm most excited for in this Arc! Look forward to watching the rest with you~
